About
At Rotary District 6910, we believe in the power of collective action to create lasting change. Our district stretches across the northern portion of Georgia—from the counties along the Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina borders, through communities like Dalton, Chatsworth, Cartersville, Gwinnett, Newton, and Rockdale, and all the way down I-20 to West Augusta. This expansive area is home to more than 70 Rotary and Rotaract clubs serving diverse communities with purpose, passion, and impact.

Our Members
Our over 3,000 members are dedicated People of Action, working tirelessly to improve educational opportunities, promote health and wellness, combat disease, and foster vibrant, thriving communities. Known for hands-on, high-impact service projects that meet local needs—such as building accessibility ramps, developing youth leaders, fighting food insecurity, and addressing the opioid crisis—District 6910 is also recognized globally for our leadership in the fight to end polio.
With a variety of club formats, including traditional in-person meetings, flexible hybrid models, and fully virtual e-clubs, Rotary District 6910 makes it easy for professionals and changemakers to connect, lead, and give back—no matter their schedule or location.
We are proud to be an integral part of the global Rotary family, united by a shared commitment to Service Above Self and to creating a better world, both locally and globally. To learn more about our service areas or how to get involved, please contact us directly.

// Our Leadership
2025-2026 District Governor Jessica Fleetwood
Jessica Fleetwood became a Rotarian in the Rotary Club of West End Cartersville June 30, 2005. She served as President from 2007-2008 and as Treasurer for 10 years.
She has served as Assistant Governor for 5 years, 2017-2021 and 2022-2023. She has also served on 3 District Conference Committees.
Jessica is a Paul Harris +3, a Benefactor, and a Bequest Society member.
She is married to Billy Fleetwood, a member of the Rotary Club of Bartow. They have one son, Evan, married to Linda, and two grandsons, Samuel and Wyatt.
She and Billy live on Lake Allatoona with their dog, Scout.
Her advice to fellow Rotarians that may want to get involved at the District Level is just ask. She asked PGD David Cooper when he came to visit her club in 2016 “how does someone get involved at the district level?” Well, she got her answer and has been involved since then.

// Our Strategic Vision
Rotary District 6910's Action Plan
Rotary pioneered a model of service leadership more than a century ago based on person-to-person connections. That model is just as powerful today as ever. Except now, those individual connections span the globe. Today’s Rotary doesn’t just reach out to act on communities’ needs close to home; we transcend borders, generations, languages, cultures, and historic differences to create hope for a better world. Join us as we plan for Rotary District 6910’s next 100 years built on four priorities: increasing our impact, expanding our reach, enhancing participant engagement, and increasing our ability to adapt.
